Job Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the company.

2. Employee Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address and resolve employee issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of collaboration and respect.

3. Performance Management:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and addressing performance-related issues.
  • Facilitate employee development programs and training sessions to enhance skills and career growth.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the IT or software development industry.

3. Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
