Job Summary: As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be instrumental in identifying and qualifying potential clients for our enterprise-level web and mobile application development services. Your primary goal will be to build a robust pipeline of leads that can be converted into long-term clients. You will leverage various strategies and tools to engage and nurture prospects, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Identify Leads: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients within the enterprise sector. Utilize various tools and platforms to gather data on prospective clients.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential leads through email, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels. Craft compelling messages to attract and engage prospects.
- Qualify Leads: Evaluate the needs and potential of leads to determine their suitability for our enterprise solutions. Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with our offerings.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database (CRM system) with detailed and accurate information on all interactions. Ensure data integrity and follow up on leads promptly.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Provide detailed insights and information on leads to support the sales process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key metrics related to lead generation activities. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to refine lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role. Experience in web and mobile application development, particularly with enterprise-level applications, is highly desirable.
