Job Summary: This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Analyst at VYGNYA COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, communicating with stakeholders, documenting business processes and requirements. Some work can be done remotely.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and developers, to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
2. Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
3. Solution Design:
- Work closely with the development team to design and implement effective solutions that meet business requirements.
- Ensure that solutions align with business goals and are scalable, efficient, and user-friendly.
4. Project Coordination:
- Assist in project planning, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure that the developed solutions meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
6. Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.
- Facilitate effective communication between business and technical teams.
7. Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- Create user manuals, training materials, and conduct training sessions as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a web and mobile app development environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
- Experience in documenting Business Processes and Business Requirements
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
