Job Summary: This is a full-time role for a UI & UX Designer at VYGNYA COMPREHENSIVE SOLUTIONS. As a UI & UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to understand user requirements, design wireframes and mockups, and implement front-end development. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being based in Kurnool but with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
  • Create high-quality UI designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs and ensure seamless user experiences.
• User Experience:
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather user feedback to inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and use cases to understand user needs and behavior.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Present and defend design decisions and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven experience in designing enterprise-level applications.
• Design Skills:
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision, Marvel, or similar.
• UX Skills:
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes.
• Technical Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
