Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, with extensive experience in testing web and mobile applications to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Design:
  • Develop, document, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Identify test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plans.
• Test Execution:
  • Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
  • Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Participate in design and code reviews to provide a QA perspective.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA process and practices.
• Reporting:
  • Generate test reports and provide feedback on the quality of the applications.
  • Communicate test results and findings to the development team and management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in QA for web and mobile applications.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with performance and security testing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
