Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the technology sector, particularly in selling enterprise-level web and mobile application solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
    • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
    • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
    • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
    • Coordinate with the product development team to stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
    • Provide feedback to management on market trends and client requirements.
  • Reporting:
    • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Sales Skills:
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques.
    • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Basic understanding of web and mobile application development is a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid setting.

Education
