Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the technology sector, particularly in selling enterprise-level web and mobile application solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential clients.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
- Negotiation & Closing:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the product development team to stay updated on new product features and enhancements.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client requirements.
- Reporting:
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress towards targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
