Job Summary: The Account Manager will be the primary liaison between our company and its clients, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the web, mobile, and cloud technology landscape, particularly in enterprise-level solutions. The Account Manager will be instrumental in ensuring client satisfaction, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract renewal processes and negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
3. Project Coordination and Delivery Oversight:

4. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback Management:
